Speaker Biography
Christina Kelly is a fashion veteran working in the rag trade for over 20 years running the Sydney fashion empire that is Made590.
Starting out as a teenager screen printing t-shirts, she’s grown made590 from a tiny brick and mortar store in Newtown to a huge Marrickville “Madespace” offering size inclusive, Australian made fashion for sizes 6-26.
Producing everything locally is something Chris has a real passion for and she loves to talk about the challenges and advantages of working in an ever-changing Australian fashion landscape.
